Ôpartment began by refurbishing the historic building at 90 Xizang Middle Road, Shanghai. Formerly the Far Eastern Hotel, it marked its centenary in 2023. The facade restoration focused on reviving its original charm, removing clutter, restoring Bund-inspired colors, and redesigning the entrance for harmony.
